  • $200/month - up to 1,200 sq ft

  • $250/month - up to 3,000 sq ft

  • $300/month - up to 7,500 sq ft

    Pricing includes up to 2 hrs per month

    (hrs do not roll over)

    Includes tenant and landlord portals

    Includes rent collection & disbursement

    Automated rent payment reminders

    Rent balance tracking

    Auto late fee added

    Generate annual 1099 forms

    Help coordinate annual property tax payment

    Gold Plan + the following:

    Generate annual property statement

    Generate annual income/expense report

    Help coordinate monthly HOA fee payments
